-If you have insurance the provider is in network with, your cost is determined by your plan.

-If you have insurance that the provider is not in network with you have option to be a self pay patient, and can receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

-Self pay rates for services range between $110-$300+, please contact office to ask about fees.

-At this time Accelerated Resolution Therapy is only being offered on a self pay basis, no insurance will be billed. . Intial session of ART fee is $250, subsequent sessions are between $200 and $250. Intensive, longer than hour ART sessions are available, please contact provider for more information.

For reasons of safety, limited availability or speciality training the the provider does not treat the following conditions:

-anorexia or bulimia

-psychosis or schizophrenia

-withdrawal from alcohol or drugs of any kind

-substance abuse outside of mild alcohol use disorder

-No emotional support animal letters are available

-long term disability is not evaluated or managed

Office hours are by appointment only. Currently the schedule is set to see patients at Reno location on Mondays and Tuesdays, and at Sparks office on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and occasional Friday or Saturday mornings. After hours/evenings, or weekend appointments are available for an additional fee. Virtual visits are specheduled throughout the week.
