If we are in-network with your insurance, your cost will be determined by your plan. If we are not in-network, you can choose to be a self-pay patient and receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Self-pay rates range from $110 to $300+. Please contact our office for specific fees. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is currently only offered on a self-pay basis, with initial sessions costing $250 and subsequent sessions between $200 and $250. Longer, intensive ART sessions are also available; please contact us for more details.
We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Northern Nevada Operators, Electrical Workers, and Plumbers/pipefitters trust fund plans. For Cigna, we accept Allegiance, Daniel H. Cook Administrators, Professional Benefit Administrators, S&S Healthcare Strategies, Tall Tree Administrators, Trustmark, Wellfleet Group, LLC, Southwest Service Administrators, and Paragon Benefits. For Aetna, we accept Meritain, Nippon, Allied Benefit Systems, Trustmark, Trustmark Small Business Benefits, Health Scope, and Christian Brothers Services. Please note, Aetna CVS plans are not in network. For United Healthcare, UMR, and Optum, we accept UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Shared Services (UHSS), UnitedHealthcare Global, UnitedHealthCare Exchange Plans (ONEX), Optum, Oscar, Oxford, UHC Student Resources, UMR, All Savers (UHC), Health Plans Inc, and Surest (Formerly Bind). We are not contracted with Medicaid, have opted out of Medicare, and do not accept Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health and Life, Hometown Health, Prominence plans, or any Medicare Advantage plans.
For safety and specialty reasons, we do not treat anorexia or bulimia, psychosis or schizophrenia, withdrawal from alcohol or drugs, or substance abuse beyond mild alcohol use disorder. We also do not provide emotional support animal letters or manage long-term disability.
We see patients by appointment only. You can visit us in Reno on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in Sparks on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some Friday or Saturday mornings. We also offer after-hours, evening, or weekend appointments for an additional fee. Virtual visits are available throughout the week to fit your schedule.
